Fake the Success: Act Like You Own It!

ЁЯМЕ Golden Sunrise, Fellow Ascenders! ЁЯОЦ️

You’ve built external systems of success:

  • Connected with a Mentor to borrow wisdom
  • Mastered your minutes as a Time Ninja
  • Leveraged a Growth Buddy for accountability

You are strategically powerful.

Most people live in a state of perpetual aspiring.
They say, “I want to be an entrepreneur,” or “I hope to be fit one day.”
This language implies separation—the person they are now is fundamentally different from the successful person they wish to become.

This gap is where inconsistency and procrastination thrive.

The truth is: identity drives action.
You don’t wait to “arrive” at success—you speak and behave as if your goal is already part of who you are.
“I am” is more powerful than “I want to be.”

In yogic and vedantic philosophy, this power is understood through Sankalpa—a resolve or intention formed by the heart and mind.
A Sankalpa is always stated in the present tense, as if it is already true—a profound “I am” statement.

If your goal is to be a writer, your Sankalpa is not:
❌ “I will write a book next year.”
✅ “I am a focused, disciplined writer.”

This isn’t wishful thinking. It’s a feedback loop:

  • Identity Shift: You claim the identity first.
  • Action Alignment: Your brain ensures your actions match that identity.
    • A “writer” writes.
    • An “athlete” trains.
    • An “entrepreneur” looks for opportunities.

You eliminate the need for motivation.
You don’t need motivation to be a writer—you simply perform the actions that validate the identity you already claim.

Rahul wanted to transition from a corporate job to a full-time fitness coach.
He kept delaying his first online course, waiting for a permission slip.
His self-label? “Aspiring coach.”

We changed his focus.

New Identity Statement:

“I am a leading fitness transformation coach who delivers massive value.”

Immediate Action Shift:

  • An “aspiring coach” watches videos.
  • A “leading coach” creates content. Rahul began publishing daily advice.
  • An “aspiring coach” feels guilty about charging.
  • A “leading coach” charges proudly for transformation.

Rahul stopped waiting for validation.
His speech, self-talk, and environment aligned with his new identity.
Within three chapters, his confidence soared—and his course launched successfully.

To step into your Future-You (EN–8) and Act Like You Own It, follow these three steps:

Choose Your Label (I Am):
Pick one powerful label aligned with your goal:

  • Writer
  • Entrepreneur
  • Athlete

It should feel slightly intimidating—like the truth of your highest potential.
Write it down.

Practice the Three Disciplines (Use It Daily):

Speech
Stop using qualifiers.
Say: “I am a coder, focusing on X project right now.”
Not: “I’m trying to become a coder.”

Self-Talk
Ask: “What would a successful [YOUR LABEL] do in this situation?”
Let this guide your action.

Environment
Does your space reflect your identity?

  • A “writer” keeps their desk organized.
  • An “athlete” leaves their running shoes visible.
    Use it daily.

Act to Validate the Identity
Your goal isn’t a huge result—it’s three small, consistent actions daily that validate your new label.
For the next five days, do three things a day that only a “successful [YOUR LABEL]” would do.
This cements the belief.

The goal isn’t to deceive others.
It’s to convince yourself.
When identity and action align, motivation becomes obsolete—and consistency becomes effortless.

Use it daily. Own your life.

Your next step awaits—let’s elevate!
